HOW MAY I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Your tracking number and shipping method will be emailed to you or you may log in to your account to see your tracking number after we have advised you of shipping details. You may enter your tracking number on our tracking page to check status of your delivery.

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We understand how difficult it can be to purchase items such as estate jewelry without actually seeing the item. For this reason, we offer a money back guarantee, less actual shipping expenses if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt in original condition. If a returned ring has been re-sized a fee of $50.00 per gold ring, $25.00 per silver ring or $75.00 fee per platinum fee will be charged.
For a refund, simply:
1.Contact Ten Two Three Estate Jewelry via email, Info@tentwothree.com within 7 days of receipt of the item you wish to return. Items must be in their original condition for refund.
2. The item must be returned at the customer's expense, in the original condition as sent, by the same carrier, fully insured within 7 days of receipt.
3. Please be aware that you are liable for the full cost until we receive the returned item. Refunds will be given in the same method that payment was made.
4. If the above conditions are not met a refund will not be issued.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
During COVID-19, our estate jewelry ring re-sizing and shipping may experience delays. Please contact us prior to making a purchase for updates. Currently, we are not experiencing any delays.

Yes, we offer layaway. Our layaway policy may be seen on our company policy page. If you prefer, you may pay before the end of your layaway period without penalty. We will ship your purchase after the final payment has been completed.

DO YOU SHIP ANTIQUE AND ESTATE JEWELLERY INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship antique and estate jewellery internationally to Australia, Canada, The United Kingdom, France, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Bermuda and Japan. Due to custom's regulations, restrictions, duties and delays may occur. Please inquire concerning shipments to other countries.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
Our FREE USA and Canada shipping for purchases over $99.00USD will be sent using Federal Express Ground Service or USPS Priority Mail through January 31, 2023. For expedited shipping, we offer two choices for shipping. You may select to have your package sent via Federal Express or USPS (United States Postal Service). Special delivery requests, including rush delivery dates, may require additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Federal Express and USPS have a minimum 1 pound weight restriction on shipping. You may show your shipping preference during the checkout process. Please complete the shopping cart page carefully, this will also serve as your delivery slip. Items will not be shipped to a postal box address, unless it is a PayPal confirmed email address. Your purchase will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment, unless re-sizing is required..

DO YOU OFFER RING RE-SIZING?
It is our pleasure to offer complimentary ring re-sizing for ring purchases over $400. For ring re-sizing over two sizes, we may have to charge a fee, please inquire for specifics. Most all rings may be re-sized, please ask if you have questions. Ring re-sizing must be requested at time of ring purchase - either by email or in the additional comments section at check out. If a returned ring has been re-sized a fee of $50.00 for a gold ring, $25.00 per silver ring or $75.00 fee for a platinum ring will be charged.

DO YOU RE-SIZE SILVER RINGS?
Yes, we are able to re-size silver rings.

As many of our items are unique estate jewelry pieces or custom made jewelry, there will most likely not be a duplicate, however, we may have another option that we have not posted on our website or we will be happy to keep your request on our active wish list.
