Exquisite. This antique early 1900s Edwardian engagement ring is exceptional. High quality craftsmanship, rich design elements and 3/4 carats of gorgeous diamonds combine to form this amazing estate engagement ring. At the heart of this ring is bright white, clear diamond (0.60, with a great clarity grade of VS1, and good color of J). A square platinum filigree mounting perfectly frames this center diamond, while at the same time provides excellent diamond protection. A close look at the underside of this open work filigree mounting, shows flowing open four petal flowers on both sides. Embellishing the sides of this floral design, are complimentary intricately engraved floral patterns. Six fiery diamonds ascend in size as they approach this center diamond. Fine attention to detail is demonstrated in the repeated engraved floral design found as the ring shank descends. Truly one of the most lovely rings we have found. Crafted in platinum.
