This exquisite high quality antique diamond engagement ring is absolutely stunning. Center stage is an old European-cut diamond measuring appx 3/4 carat with a great color of G and a great clarity rating of VS1. This bright white, clear diamond is centered between two horizontally mounted straight baguette diamonds. At the edge of each baguette diamond are two bright white round diamonds. This estate diamond engagement ring is tradtionally styled in platinum.
Old European-cut diamonds were the most predominant cut in the early 1900s. They are recognized by a higher crown and fewer facets. They come to life in candlelight.
